Abraham Dauhajre is a founder, CTO, and engineering leader with 15+ years of experience building software platforms and engineering teams across robotics, simulation, cloud infrastructure, AR, AI/ML systems, and consumer devices.
He is currently founder & CTO of a stealth-mode AI startup. Previously, he led robotics simulation at Amazon Lab126, led the global content-metadata pipeline behind every title on Amazon Prime Video, and was Head of Engineering at Formant, where he helped build cloud robotics infrastructure and engineering teams from the ground up.
His career spans the boundary between software and the physical world, now often called physical AI, from consumer devices and AR at companies like CastAR, Immersion, and BlackBerry, to autonomous service robots at Savioke, to cloud-native infrastructure and AI/ML systems today. That range is what lets him spot the risks that only appear when a demo meets real customers, real data, and real deployment.
He now advises founders, engineering teams, and investors, helping them evaluate technical risk, pressure-test architecture, and move complex products from prototype to production.

Writing, talks & research
I write and speak about cloud robotics, sim-to-real, fleet operations, and what breaks between demo and production. A few pieces:
-
Security by Design: end-to-end encryption and identity for robotics systems
Why perimeter/VPN security fails for robot fleets, and how to do end-to-end encryption and identity instead.
-
Realistic Synthetic Household Data Generation at Scale
Generating realistic synthetic household data at scale for embodied-AI and robotics simulation.
-
Automation of Robot Data Collection for Business Insights
Turning robot-shaped operational data into operational and business insight.
How I work
Whether you need a first look at an architecture, an independent diligence read, or a focused piece of hands-on work, you get senior help directly from me, not a hand-off to a junior team. I take on a limited number of engagements at a time and keep them focused, so the stakes stay on the work, not on managing a vendor.
Work with me
Need senior technical help?
I help AI, robotics, cloud infrastructure, and physical-world technology companies find risk early and turn it into a plan.
